Press Forging: Our partners specialize in producing complex open and semi-closed die forgings, ranging from a few pounds to 300,000 lbs. in various materials. With in-house engineered presses, we offer unmatched flexibility, speed, and reliability for time-critical applications.
Ring Rolling: Seamless rolled rings up to 252" O.D. and 65,000 lbs. With four in-house ring rolling mills and a custom-engineered ring stretcher, we ensure precise, high-quality production for both straight and contoured rings.
Hammer Forging: We utilize pneumatic hammers and advanced heating equipment to produce a variety of forgings, from rings to dumbbells, using over 10,000 tools. Our extensive tooling and experience enable us to deliver low-volume prototypes with fast turnaround, offering superior value and cost savings compared to machined bar stock or closed die forgings.
Bar Rolling & Planishing: Our partners perform finish rolling (planishing) using custom-engineered GFM bar mill, where the forged bar undergoes multiple rotations and passes through hyperbolic grooves to achieve precise final dimensions.
